Thank you for sharing that incredible family file on Matteo Monterosso and for inviting me to this forum, I'm new to this type of communication, the posting on the PIE email list was my first.
I've been doing family research for some time now but have made tremendous progress in the past 2 years. It's absolutely addictive!
All of my grandparents came from Sicily in the early 1900's and my husband's maternal grandparents are from Carini and Palermo, the Monterosso's
My maternal grandparents are from Catania and my paternal grandparents from Sciacca.

Dorata and Verga from Catania
