238 Columbia Street in Brooklyn was, like 821 Christian Street, Philadelphia, a common immigrant destination. And like the Philadelphia address, it may have been a "going to" address provided by agents. I found a October 4, 1914 New York Times article that stated "A private banker's certificate has been ordered issued to Raphael Scotto of 238 Columbia Street, Brooklyn; permanent capital, $15,000." Thus, there was a banking connection to the Brooklyn address as well.
It looks like well over 100 immigrants from Carini that appear in the Ellis Island spreadsheet listed the 238 Columbia Street address as their destination.
